Superdays
Hey guys,
Just a quick question for you. This will sound like a stupid question asked by a noob, but that is because it is a stupid question asked by a noob. What exactly are superdays? Are they like the career fairs of investment banks? not sure.

Super days are just final round interviews, usually conducted by the group that is hiring you. Sometimes they have nice networking lunches and stuff beforehand.
