Anyone have any idea where they are in the process? Looks like they were done around this time last year, but haven't heard anything about this year.

They ended up accelerating, can confirm that some offers have been given but not all.
U sure about that? I'm pretty sure they pushed till fall.
Have no idea this year, but last year I can confirm they ran a super accelerated process at some targets way ahead of their normal timeline so wouldn't surprise me if they did that again this year.
I can confirm that some offers are out. When I started the process they were planning on recruiting in the fall. However, after two interviews they notified me they are accelerating and can confirm that offers have been given. Sounds like they accelerated for all of their target schools, unsure what schools those are but that is what I heard.
Recruiting is not pushed back. It is ongoing and offers have been given out.

Had an analyst send me an email today regarding speaking over the phone about their 2021 summer internships. I guess they are not done recruiting. Anybody have a similar experience?
Just got off the phone with an analyst from the Charlotte office. Seems like their recruiting is closed but NY is still open, and the timelines are on an office-to-office basis
Makes sense. I know that they give out very few offers. Sounds like NYC is willing to accelerate for certain candidates.
Can anyone provide insight on what to expect in regard to technicals at Leerink?
Depends on where you are in the process but it is pretty intense when you get into the later stage. Usually guide questions but all with a twist of healthcare which is not something that is covered in the guides or easy to pick up on. Will want to focus on technicals but as well as hc space in general.
Any advice on how to prepare for HC technicals? They haven't started first rounds at my school yet so we'll see.
Did anyone hear back about Superday interviews?
No, but how was your 2nd round? Was it with a VP? Also how much of it was technical vs fit?
Don't think there were 2nd rounds. Just thought it was the traditional 1st round then Superday
