I worked with them on a few bank loan syndications in my LevFin days. It’s not a sophisticated bunch. You’re starting to see some other commercial banks launch IB practices (Texas Capital). Wouldn’t waste your time with any of those. Deal size will be in the lower middle market and volume will be minimal.
The group is just now emerging and I heard that base is around 90k with a 35% bonus incentive.
