T Rowe sophomore summer offer

Currently juggling a sophomore summer offer from T. Rowe Price in a middle office role. Long-term goal is investment banking for summer 2027. Trying to gauge if this is a solid option to build experience + name recognition or if I should keep pushing for something more front-office aligned. Would appreciate any thoughts.
