Public offering is not the play here.  They should be focused on consolidating more of the porn/adult entertainment landscape under their parent umbrella (mindgeek) rather than being a pure play porn streamer.  Sex toys, VR, dolls - all of these could really be strong bolt on investments with strong industry tailwinds driving revenue even higher as the metaverse takes off.

They failed to innovate around content creator networks like Onlyfans, and have been forced to play catch-up ever since.  The porn industry in rapidly changing and without new strategic direction and leadership, they stand risk of becoming obsolete.  They desperately need their own porn version of Satya Nadella, lest they wither and die under Steve Ballmer.

100% Jp Morgan.
