Talking to people in their first language
Is it a good or bad idea to talk to people in their first language (non-English)? I am not international but my family origin is foreign, so I basically grew up bilingual. In my experience networking with several people who are internationals from the same ethnic background as me, some didn't mind using their first language in our conversations, at least occasionally. Curious to hear everyone's thoughts.
