Anyone have any insight on the boutique firms down in Tampa. Ex: Hyde Park Capital, Crosstree, etc… and how they are/perceived? I am curious as there is not too much info on any firms in FL besides Raymond James in St.Pete

Baird Industrials team
Hyde Park is mediocre and works on small, LMM deals. Crosstree does decent LMM healthcare deals, particularly in/and around pharma services.
Neither is on the same level of RJ.
Would echo most of the above and add that I've had friends who worked in the Baird Industrials group there and at Crosstree. Both groups do a ton of work but run super lean so are extremely sweaty. Both people I knew bounced out pretty quickly. Have heard Crosstree pays well and promotes quicker than a more structured bank though.
Stifel has an office there for industrials - also saw a posting for PEI Global Partners on LinkedIn recently (looks like Cantor's old energy and power team).
