Tell HR where you received an offer from?
I recently signed an offer with my top choice bank and now have to turn down interviews that I had as back-ups. Some of the HR people are asking where I received an offer from. Is there any reason to tell them even though I already got my 1st choice and signed?
HR likes to track this info for their own recruiting efforts. There’s no downside in telling them, and in my opinion it is always a good idea to maintain a positive relationship with HR.
Thank you. I was leaning towards telling them to be nice. I just wanted to make sure there weren’t any downsides that I had overlooked.
