Wow, it’s so sleek and luxurious. It truly makes me want to work until 2:30am on a massive deal I’m understaffed on with my tiny 3 person team. But hey, this is a boutique. The lean deal teams and collaborative culture is what drove me. The marginally higher pay and white polished office will really set me apart from my friends, and it is so worth doing both the model and the CIM instead of handing it off to the coverage group like in a BB. I get a more well rounded experience here and I am fully deeply embedded in the transaction process. PWP is paradise.
