I am working at a bb this summer and why is it that a good amount of the diversity kids (myself included) are so inferior. I am not trying to sound racist (if you get offended cry) but do other people notice this and think it will get worse.

First up, you are partially correct. You are definitely inferior. The other "diversity" kids that might not have had 50 prior PE/VC/IB internships aren't, but you are. There's a steep learning curve they'll get over sooner or later. IB is not rocket science, a monkey could do the job after a couple reps in.
