Thoughts on 3.4-3.6 GPA for FT IB Recruiting?

For IB FT recruiting, what are your thoughts on a less than average GPA, like 3.4-3.6, from a semi-target like Umich Ross. For FT, I know some EB’s like Moelis will just ding. But in general is it that much harder to have that GPA and recruit FT or is FT recruiting all about networking more so than SA?

I used to do Asia-Pacific PE (kind of like FoF). Now I do something else but happy to try and answer questions on that stuff.
