Thoughts on 3.4-3.6 GPA for FT IB Recruiting?
For IB FT recruiting, what are your thoughts on a less than average GPA, like 3.4-3.6, from a semi-target like Umich Ross. For FT, I know some EB’s like Moelis will just ding. But in general is it that much harder to have that GPA and recruit FT or is FT recruiting all about networking more so than SA?
also asking for a few friends who are in non-targets and Cornell (assuming semi target also) i am graduating and it doesn’t matter but never was sure about this segment and don’t know what to say when people reach out / ask for advice other than ‘network more’ .
honestly huge dif between 3.4 and 3.6
Ross is one of the best target schools lmao they send at least 1 person to every bank every year
