How about dealflow and such?
I would love to know, how far from the top places they are in terms of deal experience :)
Had them pitch and be on other side on smaller things vs us when I was in Jef.
Reasonably busy in M&A. Smaller deals. Think £100-250m EV.
Buyside mandates for mid-market sponsors and the odd sellside.
Flow is decent but it's often a stepping stone to more prestigious MM shops.
Agreed, lower mid market shop really. Mostly does buy sides. Competes with big4 and boutiques more so than HL or RJ type shops.
Good culture and decent hours apparently. Pay is below standard.
