Networked a bit there and really enjoyed the guys I talked to. Seems like you get a lot of responsibility as an analyst (which is true at pretty much every boutique) and they have a good reputation in Atl, specifically with growth equity firms they work with. Don’t know anything about pay and exits on LinkedIn looked sparse
It seems they've added a few analysts recently to combat complaints about high turnover that leads to overwhelmed analysts. They also seem to work a decent bit with growth equity or traditional PE firms. Lastly, they have a small equity fund for VC, growth, and LBO investments (although I believe less for LBO), which seems like good experience for PE.
With this and the above info, does anyone know how analysts fare in PE recruiting? For context, I'm more interested in PE recruiting in the southeast.
