Seems like they punch above their weight. You would probably get good exposure.
Also seems like a sweatshop
Look at their junior team longevity compared to other banks. Not a great sign if the only survivors depend on their job for their visa
Just a question of whether you can/want to handle the hours or if you have a better offer elsewhere
