Thoughts on Independence Point Advisory?
Does anyone have any insights on Independence Point Advisory - specifically deal flow, the kinds of deals they usually work on, comp, and firm culture? There isn't much info on them online or here: they seem to be a new-ish bank that Lazard has a minority stake in. Much appreciated
