Currently a rising sophomore at one of HYP interested in recruiting for IB next year. Have heard from older friends in the industry that PJ SOLOMON is ramping up their hiring of MD's and analysts in the wake of the Natixis acquisition, and they're building out their healthcare/utilities teams.
Where do you guys see them going over the next 3 years? Do you see exits/dealflow increasing in quality?
