Thoughts on TD Securities in the US?
Any insight on their teams in ny specifically? I know they recently moved into one vanderbuilt which is pretty cool. Would love to know how they rack up to other foreign banks in the US market.
Seems to be growing pretty rapidly. Juniors got a competitive pay raise recently.
growing at breakneck speed. but its all poached-MD driven rather than organically driven due to TD brand.
and over course of one year they have gone from being the lowest payers on the street (along with GS) to among the highest.

An 1 and 2 - $105k, $110k
A1,2,3 - $175,200,225k
Lower tier, think Stifel
I think some of their S&T spots are glowing up. Maybe even more organically than their Ib division. Theyre selling a lot of the younger guys on decent pay but less hours and better culture compared to an MS or BMO haha.
What banks would you comp then to? MM players like stifel, ray j?
1st Year in NYC. New base is $110K and Bonus is 70-100%.

No, it is not. Canada comps lower, especially on base.
Canadian comp is 95K, CAD.
