Timeline for lateral associate offer post final round

Currently trying to lateral as an associate, and was wondering if anyone had any insight as to how many days it generally is taking in the wfh era to hear back a yay or a nay post final round interview. As an analyst I received most of my offers 1-3 days post interview, but this was a couple years ago and these weren’t lateral roles they were OCR. I had a final round as an associate last Tuesday at a BB, and I thought it went quite well and I am definitely well qualified, but still haven’t heard. Obviously given that it’s been a week I’m concerned that I’m dinged — does anyone have any insight as to how long these processes are taking to unfold especially in the covid era?

Thanks
