Tips and Tricks for Freshman
Hello, this coming fall I will be a freshman at Georgetown University pursuing a degree in economics with a business minor. I was reaching out to ask for any tips/tricks to improve my resume, what classes to take, and what kind of internships to seek out after my freshman year. Beginning next week, I have an internship at the financial division of a large-scale aircraft company. I also know the importance of joining the finance clubs at Georgetown and will look to join as many as I can as a freshman.
Yeah do all that but also you need to study abroad. Will be one of the best experiences of your life 💯
Focus on joining GUSIF. Global Platinum Securities is the strongest finance club at any of the ~10 schools they recruit from including Georgetown, but they recruit less than 5 ppl per year at each campus though.
