Citi NY Comm group (not sure if that includes media)
From when I last spoke to Citi, they called their group "M&T" so Media & Telecommunications.
Does MS M&C not focus as much on telecom?
Pretty sure a number of banks split T and MT so have dedicated M&T groups (MS, JP, CS, Citi). Maybe Barclays too but less sure
