Which banks sponsor TN visa currently? (starting from BB to any small IB firms or any canadian banks in the US)

BAML, Blair, Baird, GS, Jefferies seem to be the most receptive to visas of all kinds along with smaller shops like TD Cowen, GP Bullhound, Progress Partners, etc. All the others change their policies a lot and may vary on office/diversity/candidate, etc. I would say best is to just say you don't need sponsorship on the application (since technically TN is "sponsored" the same way H1B is.) and then tell them irl during the first round. That way you at least don't get auto filtered out.
