Structured Group Overview Sankaty's Structured Products Group is a significant and growing part of the Sankaty business model. With a portfolio of over $1 billion in structured products, the Group invests in various debt and equity instruments. Typical investments include collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), bespoke portfolios of high yield credit default swaps (HYCDS) and loan credit default swaps (LCDS) and CDX index products. Position Qualifications

Analyst Position Qualifications - Participates in all elements of the design and evaluation of investment decisions - Performs detailed analysis to evaluate, manage and monitor risk of the portfolio - Develops and maintains financial models - Designs and conducts diligence calls with underwriters and managers

General Qualifications - Minimum one to three years corporate experience - Exceptional analytical ability and quantitative skills - Ability to follow-through on all assignments, handle multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast paced environment - Ability to work successfully in both team and independent environments - Ability to perform various types of analysis and highlight and communicate the implications of the findings - Ability to take initiative, be flexible, organized and detailed oriented - Possess entrepreneurial spirit and desire to be part of a business-building opportunity
