Too late to recruit for FT?
I am currently interning for the summer at MM bank and have not had much time to recruit anywhere else for FT. Is it too late to start at the beginning of August? I would be ok signing and working here full time but would like to see what other options I have and possibly trading up to BB.
Side note how bad is it to sign full time with a bank then reneg later? It’s going to be an exploding offer and I realistically cannot do all of my recruiting in that timeframe.
Any advice would be appreciated, thanks.
