Did incredibly well in the first few months, people were telling me I'm making top bucket. Now I've been staffed on too much, working longer than other first years (2-4am), and my work quality is suffering and cant keep up. Tired af and stressed to the max. Other first years are doing ok but now I'm worried about reviews. This has been happening in January. Thoughts?
