Top Bucket first year, now starting to suck?
Did incredibly well in the first few months, people were telling me I'm making top bucket. Now I've been staffed on too much, working longer than other first years (2-4am), and my work quality is suffering and cant keep up. Tired af and stressed to the max. Other first years are doing ok but now I'm worried about reviews. This has been happening in January. Thoughts?

Similar boat. My initial ~4 month review was extremely good and I received essentially perfect feedback across the board. I had much more energy and drive to work hard at the beginning but honestly as I have gotten busier my energy and drive has continued to decrease. Haven’t been told I am doing a bad job or anything but generally feel like I am not improving like I would like to be
