Topped online assessments at Banking firms yet rejected without an interview

Hello Gentlemen,

Currently doing my MSc in London, previously 1yr Analyst intern & 4yrs as Finance controller, also selected as dean student in my undergrad and currently a student ambassador at my MSc. I have applied at all JPMorgan, Morgan Stanley, Rothschild intern opportunities in UK. I have given the aptitude tests with strengths in all areas and still got rejected without an interview.

I don’t know if it’s too early to be disappointed & nobody seems to respond on LinkedIn. I need guidance on who should I approach at this point.

Appreciate all your feedback.

I want to to transition from accounting to banking, with no prior banking experience so that’s why looking forward for short term internships. Would appreciate your advice

Either too experienced, or you're just unlucky. UK IB hiring is a lucky pick out of a hat, with target schools making your pick a bit more eye catching.
