TOTAL COMP - First Year IB Analyst
If you were a first year IB analyst last year, what was your total compensation? If you are a current A1, what do you anticipate your all-in comp to be? Please break it down between base salary, signing bonus, and end of year bonus. Additionally, if you could name the bank you work at (or just the type of bank, like BB or EB), that would be great.
bump
I think any A2 with insight about total comp will just be a reflection of 2021 which we already know was a big comp year. So you gotta wait till summer when bonuses hit for current A1s.
No one knows what bonus is going to be like yet for A1 this summer...and last summer just isn't a useful data point because of it...
The megathreads from last year or the Litquidity survey that's going around will give you a more realistic look into comp by bank. But given how hot of a year 2021 was (highest fees on record by a large percentage) and the slow start to 2022, the numbers will obviously be lower this year
At a mm bank and we are as busy as ever - on pace for another record year in my group. I would expect to have higher bonuses than last year's an1
Assuming a you’re another 7 months from bonus payout you’ve got a lot of market risk to weather this coming true
7 months? more like 2 lol
can someone share Litquidity link? I can't find it anywhere.
