I've seen a lot of posts on WSO detailing toxic bosses and their behavior in IBD. VPs seem to perpetuate most of the toxicity in these posts. I was wondering if any other interns experienced toxicity from their team during the internship, or if it was something the team tried to hide. I had one really intense middle manager who would berate everyone, including interns, for minor things not even related to actual work at hand.
