Transferring from CC - Deciding between majors

I am going to be transferring with a 3.6 (I had a 3.9 but I tanked it this semester, unfortunate but what can ya do?)

I am applying to a few schools, 3 of them are Northeastern, Boston College, Boston University. Ideally I would like to either work in IB and then pivot into the startup space or VC, or just go into a startup right after college. With this being said:

I am deciding between a few majors. Do I apply to the business schools as a Finance major or General Management/Administration major? Or should I play it a bit safe and go with Econ since it's a bit easier to actually get accepted in the first place?

Thanks for the help.

If you get accepted into Northeastern you are also accepted into the business school, so I'd recommend applying as a Finance concentration if that is what you're most interested in. For BU, I have some friends there including one recent transfer who are struggling to transfer into Questrom (the business school). Not sure how much insight that provides but thought I would mention it.

Regarding IB chances, each school is relatively similar. BU and BC have slightly better reputations, but Northeastern has stronger undergrad job opportunities due to the co-op program... they've also been gaining momentum on the street lately (still a semi-non-target though). Don't think you can go wrong with any choice.
