Hard to say whether it'll impact your FT chances. Probably doesn't make a difference in most cases but you never know.
To your initial question though, yes. It's not a good look; don't do it again
..
Really hating myself now... What is the worst thing that could happen?

i'll take a different stance. if you bad mouthed your associate your vp or the people at the bank, then this will probably have a detrimental effect. hopefully the guy didnt read the email too carefully and is too busy to remember and doesn't have buddies at your bank.
if you said something about the bank i.e did not pursue enough capital markets acitvity, doesn't structure its groups well, doesn't give interns enough exposure etc then i think you might be ok.
out of curiosity what did you say? can u giv a bit more detail
.
not as bad as you think. it's fine just leave it. chances are he won't remember or care
That’s not too bad actually
Maybe there wasn't much to reply to you after that? Stop overthinking.
best thing to do is just leave it. Emailing him again will do anything but help you
Okay, that will be it then, thanks!

I hope you see the lack of common sense. Like someone else mentioned, that is a snake move. Don't do it again. I'd leave it as is. In addition to everything said above, he's probably too busy and got pulled into something else
It doesn't look like what you wrote was all that bad.
Rule of thumb: always pump sunshine (even if it's BS) into your current/previous companies when interviewing.
You wouldn't want to associate with someone who shits on their friends constantly. Same rules apply with interviewing.
