Have been sitting on a Truist SA opportunity (not Atlanta) in one of their stronger coverage groups. As I think about exits and laterals, would I be successful in recruiting for a BB/EB FT or lateraling after working there for one year? Want to definitely keep at least MM PE level exits open but preferably UMM.
