Really well paid (prior to PWP), longer hours, smart people. A very desirable place to be.
Has their typical comp structure been wiped out since the merger? I know they historically pay well above street but I was curious as to how the PWP merger changed their all-in comp
Their base pay got bumped from 85k up to 95k for first year analysts to be aligned with PWP analysts. Their all-in has actually increased since PWP pays well above street at all levels.
