Turkey Big 4 Valuation to Investment Banking in Canada

Greetings everyone,
I am graduating from one of the top universities in Turkey with high GPA. For a career goal, I want to be a part of M&A team in the investment banking. However, since IB scene in Istanbul,Turkey is very small, I am thinking that I should be moving abroad to work in IB. I got offer from two Big 4 Valuation groups, a few local Capital Market firms' Corporate Finance division and an asset management firm. Since I heard that these Corporate Finance teams hardly closing any M&A deals, and asset mangement unrelevant with my goal so I accepted the offer from Big 4 Valuation team with hoping to be a part of at least one or two M&A deals. I got scholarship from CFA and I will be starting to work on my way immediately.

There are few questions in my mind. I researched that Canada would be one of the great place to move and work in IB scene for me as I think I will be able to get permanent residency via skilled worker immigration process. (English+French language skills, completing MBA and 3+ year work experience.)
Q1) Would it be possible to move Turkish Big 4 Val to any boutique or MM level IB's in Canada? Which skills would you suggest to add my arsenal before moving there? Does my experience will be relevant?
Q2) Would it be possible to move to Big 4 internally in similar line of services or valuation side again. Does Turkish Big 4 valuation experience would be relevant when I move there?
Q3) Could you suggest networking tips & tricks that would be applicable when you trying to build a network from abroad before even moving there ?

I welcome any tips or insights you would think fruitful for me. Thank you, wish you happy and healthy day.
