Turnaround to FA RX

Hey everyone, I am currently in a turnaround shop (think of AM, FTI, Alix) and I am thinking of making the switch towards FA RX (HL, EVR, PJT, etc.).

I was wondering if anyone has any insights if it is possible to make the switch and the best way to approach it. Does working at a turnaround provide strong opportunities in FA RX?
