I was terminated from my first job and my former employer described the termination as "Non-Securities Related; Management Decision'. I've since been hired by a couple other investment banks, but always nervous when interviewing for a new role like I am now. Has anyone else dealt with this? Would be devastated if a job offer was rescinded due to a performance related issue 5 years ago.
