UBS Assessment Report (Confused)
here's my UBS feedback report, curious how it stacks up:
Inductive Reasoning: 16/18 correct, "harder for you" compared to other participants
Numerical Reasoning: 7/9 attempted (18 total), "as easy" as other participants
Numerical accuracy seems fine but I only got through half the questions in the time limit (6 Minutes). Inductive is decent raw accuracy but apparently below the pool on a relative basis. Anyone with a similar profile progress to the next round? Trying to gauge whether this is a "you're fine, stop worrying" situation or a "start prepping for next cycle" situation.
UBS OA was amongst the most difficult/weirdest.
Done it last year, completed 29/30 questions (27 correct) for inductive, and 13/15 questions for verbal (10 correct) and still got rejected. Not exactly sure how they guage it, but you can do incredibly "well" and still not go to next stage.
Your accuracy is exactly where it needs to be, but the clock is killing your completion rate. Getting through only half the questions is what happens when you prep using standard platforms that just give you a broad 60-minute timer.
I bombed a major assessment because of this exact time-induced panic. It frustrated me so much that I built a custom platform to fix it. It lets you configure the countdown per question, so you can gradually shrink the time limit and train your brain to handle strict cut-offs without freezing.
