UBS bonuses are usually in line with market. Not too much above, not below, but fair/good.

 

Damn, Im at UBS and its sort of a sweat shop here sometimes(depends on the group). 

40-50k bonuses!

With their base that basically puts them at FT Partners BEFORE bonus.

It's borderline NYC corp dev comp for recent undergrads (who work 40 hrs week)

hell, HR girls few years out of undergrad were earning 150-160k all in at my NYC startup I was at before banking (this was like 2016- 18 time frame)

that pay is not worth the abuse UBS makes you go through.   I'd be quitting if I was any analyst right now.  Can earn more working corp dev

and what REALLY sucks is since they got bonuses this summer (vs Feb), the bonuses suck.  I got a pretty decent one in February.
