UBS bonuses reported this week I’ll start. I was fairly happy with this given Barclays bonus but I was also bottom I’ll admit that’s why I feel like it Makes sense. No idea how good top was

When does MS announce for analysts?
UBS bonuses are usually in line with market. Not too much above, not below, but fair/good.
This is simply not true. Top bucket for my group (one of the better ones) was less than that.

This is cap, bonuses ranged from 45k-60k bottom to top for all first years. No way you got 60k as bottom bucket

Damn, Im at UBS and its sort of a sweat shop here sometimes(depends on the group).
40-50k bonuses!
With their base that basically puts them at FT Partners BEFORE bonus.
It's borderline NYC corp dev comp for recent undergrads (who work 40 hrs week)
hell, HR girls few years out of undergrad were earning 150-160k all in at my NYC startup I was at before banking (this was like 2016- 18 time frame)
that pay is not worth the abuse UBS makes you go through. I'd be quitting if I was any analyst right now. Can earn more working corp dev
and what REALLY sucks is since they got bonuses this summer (vs Feb), the bonuses suck. I got a pretty decent one in February.

FTP base is higher than ubs and barc all in comp?

But majority of FTPs analyst class leaves after 9 months.
