UBS HK vs CS HK (Offers for both)

Just got offer from CS and a strongly hinted at offer from UBS (interviewer called me 3 days after interview telling me to inform them asap if I get CS offer and that I did very well).

I like both firms, the culture and more laid back pace at CS but I also know that UBS has a bigger presence in HK. Does anyone have any suggestions as to which is "better" overall? ALso, I heard 7/9 CS analysts got offers last year. Does anyone know the rate for UBS?

If I accept one at another, what is the proper way of turning down an offer at the other without burning bridges? Very nice people at both who helped me along the way.

Thanks, any help appreciated
