UBS London Raise

Was interested to know if the london office also raised base for juniors and how much is the new base for A1 and range for bonus I sometimes hear that their london office is stronger, are there any exit to MF or do you need to lateral 1st.
Also what would you say are the pros and cons of accepting an offer there, currently trying to decide.

If raises are announced, they will likely be in the summer for all GB EMEA (like last year). Have heard they are waiting on a market report to determine average street pay and will then make a decision

Seems like raises have been announced but salary hasnt changed at least per my contract. Was that a mistake? Were u guys told anything?On another topic, how are exit from UBS and MF PE possible

 

Apparently there is no raise as the market benchmarking came back for 60k. Cant even wait to lateral from this shit firm lol.
