If you’re in a nightmare group, do not accept the return offer
Horrible advice. Better accept and use it as leverage to re-recruit. Did you see this year how many people lost their return offers? Full-time recruiting will be a bloodbath
Would highly recommend not accepting if you want a long successful career in investment banking or on the buy side
Let's be honest. If they decide to let the offer go, it is possible they will end up with nothing when they compete with GS SAs who did not get return offers
I would accept the offer and leverage it to re-recruit so they at least have something in their pocket. UBS is lame, but it is still a high finance job
