Would highly recommend not accepting if you want a long successful career in investment banking or on the buy side
Let's be honest. If they decide to let the offer go, it is possible they will end up with nothing when they compete with GS SAs who did not get return offers
I would accept the offer and leverage it to re-recruit so they at least have something in their pocket. UBS is lame, but it is still a high finance job

My advice to all interns is to accept the offer and re-recruit in the background. Good to have the job as a backup in case you aren't able to get something. Job market is not very fun right now.

Heard 20-50% most groups
It's very easy. The competition is weak. Return rates were ~50-75% for most groups. Person below is lying or is not at UBS. If you have a decent attitude and do okay work, you will likely get a return. A lot of people got returns who wouldn't at any other bank because groups had to give out returns.
Analyst quality about to be even shittier nextyear. The only way I could describe this years interns as try yards who are half retarded
