UNC or St Andrews

I'm a high school senior and just got into UNC Kenan Flagler and University of St Andrews Master of Arts (Honours) in Economics and International Relations (I could switch Financial Economics pretty easily so ignore international relations part).

Which one of these schools are better for IB? I know UNC has solid Charlotte and ok NYC placement, but I have no idea how St Andrews does. Is it reasonable to get placements from both? Which one would be better for NYC? Or what about international?

Which School?
