Undisclosed deal value - What does it mean?

Does this mean anything?

I have an offer from a TMT boutique with a range of past deal values between 1mil350mil (they do at least one 100+mil deal every year) and this has been assumed from looking at the 5-6 disclosed deal values.

However on their site; a lot of their deals have undisclosed values.

What should I infer from this? Asked some analyst friends what they think and they say alarm bells should be ringing as it means small deal value whereas others say that it is due to the private nature of transactions.

Should i be concerned?
