UPDATE On TD Securities 2022

Hey Guys, I'm a junior (UVA/NYU/Emory) and I received an offer for TD IB (NY) and wanted to learn more about its current ranking. I couldn't find much deals done so does this mean better work life balance? Is it a sweatshop? Are there any TD bankers on here or has anyone worked with them? (Hours/Best Groups/Exit Opportunities). I have upcoming super days but should I just accept it? Any advice would help. (My ultimate goal is VC or Growth Equity)

You’re gonna have to lateral many times if you want to go from TD to VC or growth equity

Have a friend at the office, hours are great, definitely less than the street averages. Strongest groups are probably sponsors / P&U groups. Probably will still need to lateral before making the jump into any of the GE/VC firms you want to go into.
