[URGENT] Preparing PE Interviews efficiently

Hey guys - I have my first round at a top PE fund in 10 days.

I have done a ton of research on how to prepare and now I have like 20 XLS and I don't know where to start / if I they are not a complete waste of time etc.

If anyone with a pragmatic mind could please guide me in this mess, that would be more than appreciated

Where should I start and what is the most efficient way / resources to prepare?

Thanks & best

I’m not sure what they’ll ask you but generally being able to do a paper LBO, an excel model LBO, knowing what makes a good LBO target, knowing some of their portco’s, knowing your resume / deals and maybe some good investment ideas for them may be a start

good luck
