Are you not using the computers at your SA, during training at my bank they said it was okay to use to practice as long as you know the commands, reach out to your buddy if you have one already and ask, most of used iPads.
You'll either use a corporate laptop or a virtual desktop depending on the bank, no need to buy a windows laptop. That being said, I would start getting familiar with Windows since no one in finance uses MacOs and Excel is very different between the two platforms. Use Bootcamp on your Mac and buy a cheap external keyboard and mouse to replicate the Windows experience and learn the shortcuts ahead of your SA
