Using software to make sell-side processes more efficient

When I started in Private Equity over 15 years ago, the number of PE firms was small still -- and therefore sell-side processes were fairly limited. The numbers of teasers that went out numbered in the dozens for most processes.

Today, particularly in the middle market, literally hundred of buyers are sometimes contacted with a teaser. That means 50+ potential buyers often execute NDAs.

But email still dominates as the channel used to manage these deals, despite the large "volume" of interactions during the teaser-to-IOI part of a process in particular.

That's why I created RevDeal, a two-sided workflow platform designed to make M&A processes more efficient, effective, and secure.

I'd love to hear about other technology tools that bankers are using to manage processes more efficiently. And if you're interested in a demo of RevDeal, please let me know!
