view on the housing market?

Do you actually believe that the housing market is on its way to recovery?

How can it recover on its own when all other economic indicators are suggesting an economic slow down? E.g. unemployment, manufacturing data, service sector data, consumer confidence, etc...

Don't understand. Share insights?

Housing market is definitely recovering. It's not really "good" yet - it's just "less shitty than before". It's kinda like saying "housing prices are now down by 30%, rather than by 40%".

I understand that... But how can that happen when there is nothing facilitating it...??? Where does all this "demand" come from??
