VP very slow to respond
How should I handle a VP who is not nearly as responsive to email as I am. I waste countless hours each week just waiting for this VP to respond to my emails. I respond immediately when given comments or when asked to complete a task. Turn around updates very quickly, but then wait 30-60min+ to get a response (particularly after 5pm during week and anytime on weekends). Incredibly frustrating and leads to wasted time. Any advice is appreciated, even if you just tell me to suck it up and deal with it.
