WashU Olin vs NYU Econ
I am a NYU Econ undergrad who’s about the graduate, transferred from UNC Chapel Hill. I got into WashU masters in corporate finance program and master in Economics at NYU. I am primarily interested in investment banking or sales and trading. I am also open to any roles within the banking system (fed watcher, wealth and asset management etc), as well as roles outside of the banking system such as corporate finance, AIG, mortgage securitization firms, clearing houses etc. I was wondering which school would be a better path for me if the main goal is Wall Street (IB or S&T) but am open to the idea of other types of roles? Goal is to work on NYC afterwards.
