Title mostly says it all and ignore the prospect in consulting. I did my SA stint at a small boutique IB over the summer and didn't end up receiving a return offer. Is it weird to ask your manager during the SA why you didn't get the return? I want to genuinely learn from this experience and see what I can do to improve going forward.Any input is appreciated.
