Corporate banking analyst comp remains at 85/90/95 with a 10/15/20 target bonus. Bonuses in CB are based on end of year schedule (paid in February) and have not really varied too much from target - maybe next February will be an outlier...

WF CB analyst is also a 3.5 year program. You are an analyst 1 for 1.5 years as CB promotions are done at the same time as bonuses.

Pretty bleak putting it all down on paper, but the job is not as grueling as IB counterparts (obviously). I'll also note that this is based on Charlotte office, but 99.9% certain it's the same across every office.

85 + 10 for AN1? Lol what garbage compensation for a role that at times is as demanding as investment banking where folks are making $180K+.

Nope. Pre-IPO initiatives and sponsor-backed clients, as well as taking on complex modeling responsibilities have analysts up till 9pm and later if deals are fast moving. Hours can get like IB w/o a doubt.
